I’m a little bit late to the party this year, partly because my winter wedding season was  just as busy as my summer season. I ‘m not complaining though, I absolutely love being busy..

Being a Doncaster wedding photographer and based in Yorkshire means I get to work at some amazing wedding venues, last year was no exception, Hooton Pagnell Hall, Saltmarshe Hall and Hodsock Priory being some of my favourite places in 2022

While curating this highlights video & blog post over the last week the process has significantly opened my mind up, to what a wedding actually is in terms of a whole day…

To summarize the centrepiece of every wedding is, of course, the couple, but look a bit closer and you’ll see orbiting around them, are all their close family and friends, every single one of them sharing the joy, love, tears, and pure good vibes of the day. I truly feel lucky and privileged that I get to witness these incredible scenes week in and week out throughout each year.

So with this in mind I just want to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to all the couples who have chosen me to be part of their day, It’s an absolute privilege and a honour to capture and document intimate moments in time, between you and your loved ones. I feel truly lucky that I get to do this as a way of life, thank you to you all.
